2. Eligibility​

To use SafeBank, you must:

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
  • Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law
  • Comply with all KYC/AML requirements

3. Account Registration​

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Promptly update your information
  • Not share your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

4. Wallet Services​

Self-Custodial Wallets​

  • You maintain full control of your cryptocurrency
  • We do not have access to your private keys
  • You are responsible for securing your recovery phrase
  • Lost recovery phrases cannot be recovered by SafeBank

Your Responsibilities​

  • Secure your recovery phrase
  • Protect your device and authentication methods
  • Verify all transaction details before confirming
  • Understand the risks of cryptocurrency

5. Payments and Transactions​

Transaction Finality​

  • Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible
  • You are responsible for verifying recipient addresses
  • Network fees apply and are non-refundable
  • We are not liable for failed transactions due to network issues

Transaction Limits​

  • Limits apply based on verification level
  • We may modify limits with notice
  • Certain transactions may require additional verification

6. Fees​

  • Transaction fees are disclosed before confirmation
  • Network fees are paid to blockchain networks, not SafeBank
  • We reserve the right to modify fees with notice
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law

7. Prohibited Activities​

You may not:

  • Use SafeBank for illegal purposes
  • Engage in fraud or money laundering
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to hack or compromise our systems
  • Create multiple accounts to evade limits

8. Termination​

We may suspend or terminate your account:

  • For violation of these Terms
  • For suspicious activity
  • As required by law
  • At our discretion with notice

You may close your account at any time by withdrawing all funds and contacting support.

9. Disclaimers​

No Investment Advice​

  • SafeBank is a payment platform, not an investment advisor
  • We do not provide investment advice
  • Cryptocurrency values can be volatile
  • You are responsible for your own decisions

Service Availability​

  • Services are provided "as is"
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Maintenance may cause temporary unavailability
  • We are not liable for third-party service outages

10. Limitation of Liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the past 12 months
  • We are not liable for losses due to user error, device compromise, or network issues

11. Indemnification​

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SafeBank from claims arising from:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any laws
  • Your infringement of third-party rights

12. Dispute Resolution​

Governing Law​
